UFI FILTERS is the 4th largest manufacturer of filters for the European automotive industry. It was founded in 1972, in Italy, at the time with name Universal Filters Italiana, with the aim of supplying filtration systems for the automotive market. At present, it produces filters for OE production, production of original spare parts, up to filters for aftermarket. UFI is currently supplying all gasoline fuel filters and 70% diesel fuel filters to the Volkswagen Group (Skoda, Seat, Audi, Volkswagen), while its share in the production of air filters is growing very quickly.
