TYLL is Czech company deals with production and distribution of exhausts. Exhaust systems for Škoda cars occupy a main position in sales and production.
At present, TYLL products are manufactured on moder machines according to latest production technologies. All production processes are certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2009, ČSN EN ISO 14001: 2005 and OHSAS 18001: 2008.
Exhausts silencers are manufactured using the latest technology with minimal use of welds. Aluminum-coated double-shell exhaust silencers with hardened end caps and struts minimize the possibility of rusting or cracking in welds. A system of absorbent sound chambers and chambers filled with a non-combustible glass fiber is used as internal damping elements.
